    This document sets forth the terms, conditions, and policies governing the contractual relationship between Las Cañadas, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, “Las Cañadas”), with Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC) CAÑ-941209-6D4 and fiscal address at Km 31.5 Carretera Transpeninsular Ensenada - San Quintin, Ensenada, Baja California, México. C.P. 22790, and the client who acquires our services through this website (hereinafter, “THE CLIENT”).


    The use of this website and the completion of any purchase on it implies your total, express, and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

    I. Purpose of the Contract and Service Description

    The purpose of this agreement is the provision of tourist services offered by Las Cañadas, which include adventure and recreation activities detailed on our platform. The luxury, round-trip transportation service from our office at Club Rotario 3, Zona Federal, 22800. Ensenada, B.C. to Las Cañadas is considered a service integrated into the price of the first experience purchased.

    II. Purchase Process and Acceptance

    The purchase of services through this website shall be deemed complete and valid at the moment THE CLIENT finalizes the payment process. By completing this process, you manifest your unequivocal consent to all the terms contained herein.


    Purchases must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the selected visit date. It is the responsibility of THE CLIENT to account for possible delays in payment confirmation.

    III. Payment and Invoicing Policies

    1. Prices and Currency: The prices for all services offered on this website are established in Mexican Pesos (MXN). However, for your convenience, you may choose to view the prices in US Dollars (USD).
    2. Conversion and Payments: The exchange rate used for converting MXN to USD is set by Las Cañadas, S.A. de C.V. and may not match the market's exchange rate. This exchange rate will be specified on this website before you proceed with the payment. If payment is made with a credit or debit card issued by a bank outside of Mexico, the transaction will be processed in US Dollars (USD). Las Cañadas is not responsible for any commissions or exchange rates that your issuing bank may apply.
    3. Invoicing: If you require a fiscal invoice, you must request it directly at our Visitors’ Office on the date of your visit to Las Cañadas Campamento. The amounts paid already include taxes. For any changes or cancellations to an invoice, THE CLIENT must adhere to the applicable Mexican fiscal regulations in effect.

    IV. Use of Tickets and Restrictions

    1. Confirmation and Admission: For the registration process and the delivery of wristbands, THE CLIENT must present themselves at our office located at Club Rotario 3, Zona Federal, 22800. Ensenada, B.C. To validate their purchase, they must show: (a) the Alphanumeric Admission Code and the “QR” Code (printed or on a mobile device); (b) the credit or debit card used for the purchase; and (c) an official photo ID in the name of the credit or debit cardholder.
    2. Activity Validation: Once the wristbands are received, the Admission Code must be presented to our staff at the starting point of each activity to validate the service purchased.
    3. Validity: The purchase is valid only for the specific date and time selected at the moment of reservation. The activities purchased must be used within the reserved date and time. Activities not used within this period will be considered as fulfilled.
    4. Non-Transferability: Tickets and reservations are non-transferable to third parties. Only the cardholder of the card used for the purchase, upon presenting the corresponding official identification, may redeem the tickets and receive the wristbands.

    V. Cancellation and Modification Policy

    • Cancellations: Cancellations are possible provided they are requested with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the date and time of the original reservation.
    • Date Modifications: Date modifications are possible with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the date and time of the original reservation, however, they will be subject to availability on the newly requested date. Modifications can only be made to a date that does not exceed 90 calendar days from the original reservation date.
    • Non-Refundable: In the event that THE CLIENT does not meet the minimum 24-hour deadline to request a cancellation or modification, the purchase will be considered fulfilled and will not be subject to a refund, cancellation, or subsequent date modification.
    • External Circumstances: Failures in the electrical supply due to causes attributable to the Federal Electricity Commission, weather changes or forecasts, natural disasters or conditions, sanitary contingencies, or official regulations that may affect your entry to the camp or the use of any of the acquired services are not the responsibility of Las Cañadas S.A. de C.V. and therefore will not be a cause for a refund or obligate Las Cañadas, S.A. de C.V. to maintain or honor the prices of your original purchase in case of date changes.

    VI. Applicable Law

    1. Legislation and Jurisdiction: This Contract shall be exclusively governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Baja California, Mexico. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Ensenada in the state of Baja California, Mexico.

    VII. Data Privacy and Contact

    In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, your data will be used solely to process your purchase and provide our services.
