CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and modification policy is designed to be as clear and fair as possible for all our customers.

To Access Your Reservation: Click the "Find Your Reservation" link, available both in the footer of our website and under the "Contact" option in our main menu. You will need to enter the following information to access your purchase details:

• Your reservation code or the email used for the booking.
• The first and last name of the reservation holder.
• The last 4 digits of the card used for payment.

Once you have accessed your reservation, you will see two options available: "Cancel Reservation" and "Change Date."

Cancellation and Modification Policy: Both cancellations and date modifications for your reservation must be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the date and time of your original reservation.

• Cancellation: The cancellation is effective immediately once you confirm it. The refund will be processed and will appear on your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank and the processing times of our payment system (Stripe).
• Modification: Date changes are subject to availability on the new date or time you wish to select.

Non-Refundable and Non-Modifiable: In the event that you do not meet the minimum 24-hour deadline to request a cancellation or modification, the purchase will be considered fulfilled and will not be subject to a refund, cancellation, or subsequent date change.
